Seven Seeds Texas Barbecue

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Seven Seeds, but they definitely didn’t disappoint today. The chicken and sausage were seasoned to perfection, and the BBQ beans and brisket rice were full of flavor. The portions were generous, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

These collards are really good - never had potatoes in my greens 🤷🏾‍♀️. The chopped beef sandwich is too salty - I couldn't finish it.
My son got the rib sandwich, and he said it's 🔥! I'll be back to try other menu items.

Only one thing to say... Wow. Loved it. Thought we would try some place different. Of course with it being a food truck we weren't sure. But it was great all around.

I ordered the loaded baked potato with brisket and it was great! I’ll have to come back and try their other items.

The fi8d and service are both great here! Mr. Carlos and his family give great customer service. My favorites are the greens and briskets. Also, like the fryed-smoked thighs, baked beans, and baked potato with turkey. The burnt ends are good too.

Just Wow !!! If you are looking for some good BBQ. This is it !! Everything is great but let me tell you about these Ox Tails, GET THEM NOW !! Dont even waste your time on a 1/2 lb. Just get the Full pound !! Plus Collard Greens, Mac and Cheese and Baked Beans. Best I have had in years !!!!

Everything was great, especially the greens.

I came as they were closing, but they kindly reopened their truck and took my order as they saw me walk up with my son. The food was good as always and the service was excellent! I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been here a few times now and the food and service are great! The owners take care of you. They even got my order in right after closing time on a Friday. Much appreciated. The burgers are ON POINT! Keeps me coming back.

Ohh my goodness!! The best food out there! The pulled pork is top tier! And I am so glad to be related to Carlos! The best food! 10 out of 10!!

Got the brisket plate paired with maccaroni and cheese, as well as baked beans. Was disappointed when I only got two slices of brisket for 25 dollar meal. I was still hungry for more food afterwards. The brisket was decent as far as taste goes. I found the baked beans lacking a good smokey flavor. The mac and cheese was probably my favorite part of the meal, even though the noodles were overcooked/sitting in a warmer for an extended period of time. However, it was very creamy with a good blend of spices. Can't really have a great atmosphere when it is a food truck. Service was very friendly and timely.
