Ohh my goodness!! The best food out there! The pulled pork is top tier! And I am so glad to be related to Carlos! The best food! 10 out of 10!!

Got the brisket plate paired with maccaroni and cheese, as well as baked beans. Was disappointed when I only got two slices of brisket for 25 dollar meal. I was still hungry for more food afterwards. The brisket was decent as far as taste goes. I found the baked beans lacking a good smokey flavor. The mac and cheese was probably my favorite part of the meal, even though the noodles were overcooked/sitting in a warmer for an extended period of time. However, it was very creamy with a good blend of spices. Can't really have a great atmosphere when it is a food truck. Service was very friendly and timely.

This food truck is in a lot beside a convenience store with 3 other food trucks. My first impression was it was just another food truck. The ordering process was simple. The menu is small and simple. I ordered a 2-meat plate with Brisket and sausage along with a loaded baked potato with Brisket meat. Unfortunately, they were out of the brisket balls. The loaded Potato was outstanding, it was full of flavor. The sausage had a smokey flavor and the brisket was juicy and tender. I got sides of BBQ beans and potato salad. The potato salad was mustard and mayonnaise-based and it was very lightly flavored and not great. The BBQ beans were good. The portion size versus prices wasn't what I would expect and I felt it was a little overpriced, but overall was decent BBQ.

Parking: The parking lot is a rocky, gravel lot that's a free for all.

I’ve discovered the best BBQ spot I’ve ever had- a true hidden gem! I’m already excited to go back and try more items on the menu because everything I’ve tried so far has been perfect. The loaded fries with brisket, the three-meat plate with brisket, turkey, and sausage, plus the greens and brisket rice, were all amazing. I even had to go back the same day for a baked potato! Although I live in Katy, I’ll definitely be making the trip. This place is worth it!

Best Barbecue ever!!!!

Found this Gem last year and have been addicted ever since. The food is always on point. The portion size is worth the price! Everything is so yummy 😋! I literally eat here at least twice a week!

The brisket bowl is a must! Great food with generous portions. My wife and I stop by almost once a week for lunch. This is a family business with great customer service.

I had the 3 meat plate. Delicious. Brisket was tender, ribs fall off bone. Side excellent too. I had Mac & Cheese and Collards. Again Delicious 😋.

Visited late night on a Friday. Good customer service, and even better food. BEST brisket I’ve had in a while. Jalapeño Mac & cheese also didn’t disappoint, only gripe is inaccurate hours of operation.

Best BBQ we have found in houston!!! Brisket is moist and flavorful, ribs fall off bone, flavorful. Sausage was good sausage!! We will forever be a regular now
