Every time I’ve been through the drive-thru, the order takes 20 plus minutes despite there not being many people there. There is not an apology or acknowledgment from the staff either. The drinks and food are great but the customer service is lacking.
We had a really great experience at Alamo Coffee Company. The coffee was excellent. We I tried both the latte and the flat white, and both were smooth, rich, and perfectly made.
