I tried stopping there yesterday, 03-22-24, for a quick bite and they were closed to the general public, They were only accepting orders from uber eats and door dash...I've never heard of such a thing. I won't be back, ever.

That burger is dying, they only accept Cash. There are no customers, bathroom is closed. They have nothing. Neither the menu nor the decoration exist anymore. By chance they are open.

Even the beetle inside of the chicken nuggets was dead. Maybe because he smelled the soggy fries or saw the stale bread from the burger.

Order was incorrect twice! Wasted 10 min. sitting in line. 2nd order was wrong, also. Very dark in back of drive thru. They can't understand English. Still throwing up 6 hours later! Health Dept. will be notified. NEVER AGAIN!

I’m not sure if I’m a glutton for punishment. And how and the world does this place get 4 stars on Uber Eats and Google? I ordered trash and got trash.My expectations for gas station fast food was way too high. The 3 sandwiches I order were cold and old. Even when delivery was quick. How???? BASURA!!!!!!!!!!

Why does the BK in Round Rock on University and Sunrise always have the exterior lights off in the evening. This place always looks closed. Even the dining area looks dark from outside. Don't know how they even have any business. I've mentioned this to staff at drive thru several times but they act like they know? Just have to assume they don't want customers.

Why do you lock the doors at 9:47pm if y’all don’t close until 10pm?? This is terrible!! After moving all day my family and I showed up in a U-Haul at 9:47pm on 12/22. We arrived almost 15 mins before closing. I couldn’t drive a 20 foot U-Haul thru a drive thru as it’s too tall so I tried to go inside and get food for my family and there’s two young men wouldn’t let me in. I showed them the door says they close at 10pm. I showed them that my phone said 9:47pm and they looked at me like I was the crazy one. All in all I left and went to Chick fil a where they close when they actually say they close.
