Why does the BK in Round Rock on University and Sunrise always have the exterior lights off in the evening. This place always looks closed. Even the dining area looks dark from outside. Don't know how they even have any business. I've mentioned this to staff at drive thru several times but they act like they know? Just have to assume they don't want customers.
I went through the drive-thru at the location on Sunrise and University in Round Rock. The lady at the speaker told me they only take online orders. (I then remembered that the last time I went there, they told me only Ubereats can use the drive-thru.) Anyway, I pulled to the side and placed an online order for $31.91. I then drove back around to let them know I had placed an online order. When I got to the speaker, there was a sign on it that said "Closed". I was shocked....read full review
