Dairy Queen in Round Rock

“While picking up an order for Uber Eats, there was a bit of an issue as the order I was there for was already picked up by another driver but was never confirmed nor did the customer receive their food. The manager was very professional smoothing everything out and the food was remade in a timely manner. While I was waiting, an employee named Kaleb made quite a positive impression on me! He asked me if I would like a free drink and was extremely accommodating, friendly, and just overall a vibrant and warm person. It was obvious to see he enjoyed his job and was an all around people person. We need more Kaleb’s in this world! Thank you for going above and beyond sir! You are a special young man 🙏“
