I came to this establishment to order a pizza and the service from the cashier was terrible, bad personal attitude towards the customer and racial prejudice. I'm sorry, but I do not recommend this store.

I ordered a single thin crust pizza and picked it up right after it was done. Got it home and it was the wrong pizza. Called them as i headed back to the store. They offered 1. Come back and pick up that pizza 2. They could deliver that pizza 3. They could re-make the pizza 4. They could give me a coupon for a free pizza in the future 5. Refund
I asked for a re-make and waited at the store while it was prepared. I got it as soon as it was done, took it home (8 mins) and … It was not a hot pizza, looked like it had been sitting a while. Tasted good. I won’t go back. Too much competition close by that has not disappointed me.

I order and check in after placed car side delivery since I have some calls to attend But they haven’t provide me the food until I go inside and check , they responded they don’t have car side pickup but in front door they placed a poster for car side pickup Never go to this place again ! Please avoid

This place and management is absolutely a joke. I placed an order they took my credit card. It was taking a while for the order to come so I called then they tell me the order was never replaced. Then the manager had attitude with me because he said there’s no order so I can’t do anything. He asked me did I call another Domino’s, I said no I hit redial on my phone and this is the store. This is not the first time that this, horrible franchise of a store has messed up. I would order from the Sandbass Domino’s seven days a week never order from here.

*please cut the slices properly!/or change out your pizza cutter!- it was incredibly hard to pull out any slices*This Domino’s we order delivery from often! Always pretty good pizza! Usually hot & fast delivery. However, our latest order for our party they didn’t cut the slices all the way (maybe the pizza cutter is getting dull?), it was incredibly hard to serve the pizza to guests as it all had to be recut.
Ordered two pizzas for delivery on a Monday night. The order never arrived. We called the store and they claimed the driver could not find our address (in Avery Ranch!). We've had several deliveries from them in the past and it's never been a problem and our house is trivial to find on Google Maps. Then he suddenly goes, "Oh now we found it" and HANGS UP. We called back, and said no, we don't want pizza that's been made 35min ago so he goes "Ok I cancel your order" and hangs up AGAIN. Never any apologies.

Can't say enough about "our" neighborhood Dominoes Pizza place on FM 620 IN Round Rock, TX. Always fresh and hot out of the oven but it's not until we get in the car to take it home that the Italian aroma tests our ability to fight the temptation of having just one bite before we get home. Sometimes we win but most of the time the pizza wins. We won't give up trying though. Well just have to be stronger...somehow.

Foods good ngl but theres a cranky old man by the name of Wayne Johnson also known as the general manager at that store that just had an attitude problem, and always seems to get my order wrong every time. Everyone else is amazing and astra is employee of the month for a reason. Anyways yeah food great just get a new GM Domino's. this is Aiden btw didn't like your comment on Whataburger Mr Wayne Johnson not very swag.
