Misaki Ramen

I am a connoisseur of Japanese style ramen and this was my first time dining at Misaki. The atmosphere is very inviting and the layout is perfect for sharing meals, it does not feel like most quick casual places. The appetizer Gyoza (A1 & A2) were perfectly portioned and priced with great flavor. The Ramen broth on both the R4 Oishi & R8 Ramen Bulgogi had a good balance of flavor and was not over salted.

I do have to say that I think their choice of bowls could be a little larger or different shape format to accommodate more broth. The photos of the bowls are misleading they look big on the website but they're volume is small due to the deep cone shape. I really enjoy the Ramen broths and it seemed to be barely enough to have a meal. Maybe it's me or my experience at other Ramen shops but a little more broth makes the experience better.

I ordered Hot Tea and it was served pre-brewed in a cup (no tea bag with kettle) which is fine if it is hot but it was barely warm. Need some QC on serving Hot Tea. This is a good place for a cozy date or small family get together.

Holy moly this place is so good! I had the Samurai Miso-Hot it was amazing! If you like spicy I highly recommend! Also had the spicy edamame also very good! Service was prompt and polite. We will be back!

My favorite ramen was the chicken ramen. Very delicious and you can tell they cook everything there.They have great customer service. I need to try their other ramens!

We ordered The Oishi ($16.50), Original Tonkotsu ($15.50), and X Bite Chicken Karaage ($10.75). Everything was quite tasty, and the portions felt just right—not too much and not too little. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, making it an enjoyable place for a meal.

went here for the first time and it was very underwhelming! The ramen didn’t really have any flavor & the waitress was very cold and uninviting. It was also really warm inside like the AC wasn’t on. The only thing that was good was the milk tea with boba

Very clean, and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Booth was comfortable and the restrooms were spotless. The food was very good we had 3 different ramen bowls and a couple apps that came out fast and at the perfect temp. Price point is what you would expect for ramen these days and the portion was decent. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Came in for a late lunch. We ordered the chicken karaage, agedashi tofu, and two black broth ramen. Karaage and tofu were tasty enough but inauthentic. Karaage was closer to a chicken nugget, and tofu was too thickly battered. Ramen was delicious but chashu pork was a little on the dry side. Floors were also sticky. With all that said, service was great!! Perfectly attentive and the restaurant decor was very cute.

Broth is below average and noddles are some of the worst . Odd way of doing Chashu but not bad . Atmosphere was misleading because this is hands down some of the worst ramen out there. Service was perfect .
