The food was outstanding. I had seen the foodtruck at the Outlet Mall for a number of years, but was thrilled to find it in the food court of Lakeline Mall. The chicken paprikas was amazing. I can't wait to go back to try the cabbage rolls and goulash. What nice folks run this family restaurant too!

This place is amazing.
I spent half a year in Vezprem some years ago. The food coming out of this wonderful kitchen. Sent me back for a few moments. Brought back memories of people no longer here.

Please give this place your business. I believe they also have a food truck. This food is amazing. A true hidden gem in a mall.

We are here celebrating and drove two hours to eat Hungarian food. So worth the drive. Ate blood sausage, làngos, schnitzel and zserbo. Will be back😉( we waited only couple of minutes and it’s normal. This is real food)

Home made food that's healthy. Love their fresh baked bread and stuffed cabbage stew. Family owned and operated, it's a refreshing change amongst the fast food chains that surround them. Totally worth spending a little more for healthy food on the go. Service rocks too!

Love the authentic Hungary family-style taste here! It truly is grandpapa and grandma in the kitchen cooking for you.
The flavors are warm, comforting, and nostalgic in the best way.
The Lecsó on the Lángos is incredible — rich, savory, and perfectly balanced, with that homemade touch you can’t forget.
And don’t skip the Gerbeaud cake! It’s beautifully layered, not overly sweet, and tastes just like the classic cafés in Budapest. Absolutely a gem.

This place has very good, authentic and well-spiced food! So flavorful and the lady here was very nice and friendly!

We had a lecso lango. It was delicious and the portion is good for 1-2 people.

The sweet treat was also delicious too!

A MUST VISIT
Don't let the mall food court venue fool you, this place is packed with flavor. The Langos and the Potato spiral are incredible. I like the retro bacon lango the best, but I had the 4 type sampler and thought they were all great.

Very clearly owned by a hardworking family, local small business. Not a chain, your money is clearly going to the people standing in front of you. Served with a smile. Good price.

Amazing food and even sweeter people. Everything here is homemade, from the bread to the desserts, and you can truly taste the love poured into it. Keep it up!

I was starving by the time I went to the food court at Lakeline Mall on Saturday. STARVING. Looking around at food options, nothing looked that great, and it was all the same stuff. I almost missed A Taste of Hungary! Once I saw the pictures I was sold.

I ordered the mini Langos with guacamole on top, and of course I was getting the spiral potato. Omg it was amazing. I can say without a shadow of doubt that I had the best fried bread I have ever had in my entire life. It doesn't look like anything special, right? It looked like a super simple light lunch that I could enjoy.

I took my first bite and I swear to you there had to have been hearts in my eyes. I was absolutely blown away at the texture of the bread. The inside of the bread was very very soft and fluffy chewy similar to a freshly fried donut. The exterior was perfectly fried to a crispy perfection that was amazing when combined with the warm fluffy chewy soft center. The guacamole was perfectly seasoned with very very simple things inside. Just a few small pieces of shallot, some lime, tomato on top and it was perfect. What really blew me away about the bread was that it was so clean. Not greasy, not oily to the touch, just absolutely perfectly cooked. You know how sometimes when you get something fried you have to hurry and eat it before it gets soggy? Not in this case. I was able to slowly savor every single bite and every single bite was the perfect texture.

Now, let's talk about that potato. Perfectly spaced, perfectly fried, no grease, no dripping oil, cooked to absolute perfection. I had forgotten to ask when I placed the order if the potato came with some kind of sauce, so I didn't know what to expect. It turned out it did not come with a sauce, it was sprinkled evenly with a wonderful spice. I wish I could identify it for you. The best I can describe is it was a really good seasoned salt, with a spice that I can't quite identify. It was not overly spicy it was perfect. I offered a taste to my family members sitting with me at the food court, and boy was that a mistake. They ended up eating more than half of it and they felt absolutely no guilt whatsoever.

The super nice lady who took my order at the counter was just such a beautiful person. It's not very often that I have something nice to say about the people in the food court, but she definitely is rated 10 full stars. She made me feel like I walked into her kitchen and was going to cook something special just for me. Like I was home. Definitely a full five star review.
