I was told they put a "5 minute hold" to order because they were short of staff today. After we ordered, 2 minutes later my El Dialbo was cold, raw meat, and cheese not melted. We asked to speak to a manager and we never got a manger to come see how bad the food was. Also, the bartender "Nash" refused to sell us beer because we ordered in the line and not at the bar. He tookl my drink cup and so I had nothing to drink. This place is absolutely terrible and after spending $17 for a burger and fries which would have been less than $10 at In & Out, stay away. Worst lunch I've had all year long. Never coming back and telling everyone to stay way from this place. Nash should be fired.

Wagyu burger is lit! Little too much sauce for me. Bacon was delicious! Try it. Eat beef!

My son n law and I went Saturday evening and we won't be back. My burger was ok but nothing to brag about and his he took back. Wasn't what he ordered. Gave him another one and it was maybe a little better than mine was. But the fries weren't too bad.

If I want an overpriced burger I'll go to 5 guys. At least it tastes good. Sweet potatoes fries were amazing but the burger I had from this place was horrible. I asked for medium rare, came out more than well done. Dry ss a bone. Wagyu whatever... I'd take a P Terry's burger over this place any day.

UPDATE: I came here recently because this was the only place that was close to me. This time, I had to tell the cashier to toast the buns but she said it's always toasted and if it's still cold to let them know. When the food runner came out to bring out the burgers, I touched the buns and it was cold. I even told her and she just stared straight at me without saying anything. I looked at her knowing she doesn't have customer service skills so I told her "you know what, never mind" and she said, "okay...?" My intuition is as right.
I come here all the time! Service and everything else was great. Except today I don't know what happened but my husband and I bought the burgers and it was all cold. Buns was stale and cold, mushroom was cold, meat was 1/2 warm. My husband even said this time was worse than In-N-Out.
Great burgers and fries. Clean restaurant and food is brought out to your table by a friendly employee. Appreciate the good service!

Burger was good. I had the bacon (something) it was minced bacon so I was a little confused, but it was very tasty and I would call it a success. We sat outside cause the weather was perfect.
Sports bar atmosphere. Veg burger options. Fast service.
The manager, Marco Coley, was very courteous and helpful. He is an asset to your company!
