“Great customer service at this Round Rock Jersey Mike's! I've placed several catering orders for a high school swim team when we've had nearby events. Jose and his team made ordering and pickup extremely easy. Our orders were always ready on-time with all of our Boxed Lunches individually labeled and packed so they could be easily transported. I especially appreciated them loading everything into my car, too. Sandwiches were great and our team of hungry high schoolers was happy. Thanks for a great customer experience! “I ordered a sub tonight on gluten free bread which prompted the worker to ask about an allergen. I let him know it was a soy allergy not gluten but he still wanted to treat it as such; he changed gloves, cleaned the counter space, and used red chili paste from the back. It was a great experience and we will back again.“
