We were just abruptly told that we were not allowed to purchase any coffee unless we dined in with a waiter or a waitress. Guess we will not be visiting this place over the next few days.

Big appetite took me to Great Karoo Marketplace Buffet and it delivered. There's huge variety, so it's easy to try a little of everything. The space is open and busy, good for going with friends or family. Definitely a place you show up hungry.

The food was okay for the price, with some options in cast iron skillets that were difficult to maneuver without burning yourself.
A reasonable amount of options to to chose from, but probably wouldn't go back as they don't offer a la carte options only a $32 (after tax) breakfast.
Considering this seems to be the only true breakfast spot, it was this or a an overpriced pastry.

I didn't see the blueberries or blackberries being washed just dump from there packaged container onto the buffet platter. Brisket was really nice.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was something for everyoneβs taste buds. Itβs $29.99 per adult and that includes beverages like coffee, teas and coke products. The buffet offers an omelette section, meat carving station, pastry section and more. Itβs at the bottom level of the Kalahari with views from the outdoor pool area.

Fantastic breakfast spot that has everything you'd want or expect from a buffet and more! It's not cheap, but when you're already at Kalahari... It's the best food experience we've had here so far π π π

Not worth the money. We tasted a little of everything and nothing was really that good. It was pretty expensive for the food to not taste good. The coffee was the worst I habe ever had.

My family and I stayed at Kalahari on a Sunday and Monday. I'd been here before with my sister on a Saturday and they had a HUGE buffet so I was excited to come again. I was worried that since we were going to have breakfast on Monday and the resort was pretty dead, that the buffet would be limited so my husband went and asked the front desk on Sunday afternoon and they assured him there would be a full buffet on Monday morning. We get there on Monday morning, pay the ridiculous $30 per person, only to get to the buffet and see it was VERY limited! I was so mad! I understand if you don't want to provide a full buffet on weekdays because it's not busy enough, but why would you charge the same amount?! I understand that the front desk at Kalahari gave us bad info but if it's the same price I should get the same options for food. Ridiculous.

While staying at Kalahari Resort, we had breakfast brunch at this restaurant. We were seated promptly by friendly staff. Has excellent, wide selection to choose from. Dishes were quite tasty.
