Love kawaiis and the quality of snowcones but very disappointed from today’s experience. Hours say opens at 10, we went at 1030 this morning and the sign said open, no one was there. Knocked on the window and door and no one was there. Get dependable employees this is just bad business
Editing to add it looks like we didn’t miss out on much based on current reviews. I’d rather not pay for over priced ice with a drop of flavor. Go somewhere else if you want a quality FLAVORED snowcone

If you are looking for a cold sugary snack look no further. I’ve been on a kick lately ordering the Island Twister which is my favorite menu item here. Second would probably have to be the Tiger’s Blood. They do have a pretty extensive menu of flavors. These things are so addicting and so delicious. The people working there are friendly and it’s a nice spot to stop at on a date if you’re walking around Round Rock. They even deliver on DoorDash which is dangerous for my weight and also my wallet haha.
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a sweet treat. I tried them first a few years ago when I moved to Austin and I have been going ever since. I just really wish they were open later as sometimes that sugar craving strikes late at night.

I’m a frequent visitor to Bahama Bucks, usually get half sugar-free Tiger’s Blood/ half Banana with crème drizzle. I wanted to try a local place. Came on a Wednesday night 10/16. The girl/ server at the counter was not friendly. I asked her if they had sugar-free options and she just said “yes” didn’t offer the menu.. it was only when I was walking away that I saw this sign in the opposite window. I might try again in hopes that I just got the girl who hates her job and skimps on flavor but according to other reviews it might be the “norm” here regardless of the server. I hope the owners train better.
Service: Not as welcoming/friendly for first impression. Quality: Ice is perfectly, finely shaved; not enough flavor Flavor: I got half Strawberry Coco/ half Banana. The banana was good, strawberry coco was more coco than strawberry. The flavor didn’t taste as bold as Bahama Bucks, but maybe that’s because there wasn’t enough syrup. So it tasted like straight ice after you get past the top part. :(

This is my favorite place in the whole world! All of the workers are amazing (especially the young woman named Josslyn who served me)! Very delicious and I ate it so fast that I didn't even take a picture! Prices were also very reasonable!

The shaved ice is great and I usually love coming to this place with my family after running errands. However, today's experience with the staff, especially the manager Maria, has been really upsetting.
There was no music playing when we walked up. As soon as we sat down they started playing music outdoors where every other word was a cussword. I asked them to change it, considering my 4 year old is sitting there listening as she eats her shaved ice. She changes it to another uncensored explicit song.
This is NOT a family establishment, however friendly it may look. The lackluster attitude and inconsideration has turned me off of this place.
Mahalo! Given that this is Round Rock in Central Texas/Hill Country, this IS the closest thing to Hawaiian Shaved Ice that we've enjoyed. You can see the process of shaving the ice itself and it really doesn't differ much at all from the dozen Hawaiian shaved ice places that my family & I enjoyed over 3 weeks vacationing in Oahu & the Big Island this past XMas 2024. Great job on the service, quality, flavors! The flavorings went all the way thru to the bottom of the Medium cups we got, which were $4.25ea (cheaper price than on Oahu lol). It wasn't too crowded so folks take that into consideration... shaved ice has to be made fresh brudah...(if too crowded...Probably why other customers weren't happy. ) And thanks for helping the bees vs having a garbage can outside where people freak out about them... folks, give your used containers back to them for proper disposal. Kawaii Shaved Ice - ONOLICIOUS BRUDAH!

I sent my son and his girlfriend to get snow cones. My son ordered an extra large blue coconut and banana snow cone w/ sour spray and EXTRA JUICE. As you can see from the pic, my son was essentially handed a block of ice. There certainly wasn’t the requested “extra”. We were short on time and couldn’t address it in the moment but may go back later if time allows.
We were disappointed, particularly for the price.
