I just left there the girl that is working there now today 3-9-24 was very rude my kids where trying to tell her thank you she slammed the door in there face and basically thru there shaved ice cup at them. Something definitely needs to happen and I need to be contacted.

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time! Finally went. We ordered the Monsters Inc., Bubble Gum and Blue Raspberry. They were all delicious. Also, fast service and family friendly.

I went with my son to get some shaved Ice and waited in line for 35 min - a few people left the line but I already promised my son some shaved ice or I would have left as well. The shaved Ice was just ok the service is not good here and they charge a 50 cent fee to pay with a credit card and $1.50 to pay with your phone holy cow!

We've visited Kawaii Shaved Ice twice. We don't like the long line, but undersand why it's there.........the shaved ice is the best I've ever tasted! The extensive list of choices is a plus, too. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Kids love the cherry shaved ice here. Shakes are awesome, and the sundae with everything and cotton candy sprinkles are amazing. Also love the umbrellas! Good work on the holiday decor, and good vibes.

Frozen ice flavored snow cone. I ordered banana and they put almost no flavoring on the snow cone. Half way through the snow cone was just white shaved ice. The other 2 my family bought were the same way. Even on a 100 degree it was dry all the way to the bottom. Also, it is not fluffy Hawaiian shaved ice but crunchy granular shaved ice. Won’t be back, and I sit here on their patio as I wrote this hoping to inform other snow cone lovers as quickly as possible.

I've been going to this place for almost 30 years since it was a little trailer on the side of the road. As of recently, the service I've received has been horrible. The caddy young ladies that run the place with no real adults around are rude and no nothing about customer service, and by looking at the reviews this place receives it's obvious to me that the owner doesn't care about their long time, loyal customers. I will never go back to this place. I can get better service at Sonic.
So disappointed. I've been coming to Kawaii since I was a teenager. As an adult it's become a weekend family treat. I'm sad to say that their customer service is declining rapidly. Never in my life have I dealt with business who thought hiring unsupervised children (management included) was a good model. They are rude, and obviously when it comes to customer service. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Snowcones are hit or miss, most times it's just ice with no syrup. In general their employees are young girls with no manners and no sense of style. The two girls working there tonight were super rude and condescending towards customers. They should close their windows before trash talking people in line. I don't think a two piece pink mini skirt and top are very appropriate and doesn't look good either. It's a shaved ice place and not a club. I'd definitely avoid this place and go to another local shaved iced place.You better show up 2 hours before close because they were power washing at 8:30 when they close at 10 and didn't want to take anyone's order."We close at 9pm", you should update your weekend hours since it says 10pm on Saturday which is when we went and expected y'all to be open without having the girls be in a bad mood with people coming in.

Very bad I left my purse when I called bk for my purse the girl put me on hold then hung up on me I went bk for my purse and 200$ was missing She had guilty all over her face she said my purse was thrown down the stairs witch is on the side of the rd so why would the thief just take 200$ and leave the rest of my money in my wallet it wasn't adding up I tried talking g to the owner she had covid text me once and still No one has tried to call me on this I will never return and will never recommend this place to any of my family friends coworkers followers on social media or even strangers these girs left a bad taste in my mouth down to the owner what is the saying what goes around comes around
