On Dec 12, 2025, at 1:20pm the girl who was on the Drive-thru headset needs to be fired. I waited 5 mins. She said “can I take your order?” I said #14 Classic with Pepsi. Then silence. I pulled up to the window and waited 4 mins and she came to the window. I said, “Was my order put in?” She said nobody heard your order and then you drove away. After I waited 5 mins for someone to reply after saying “hello” 10 times. Then she yelled saying well the header worked for everybody else. I should have taken a photo of her face.

I wish it let you give NO stars. My customer service today was DISGUSTING. I wish I got the names of the two “ladies” working. I paid for my meal online for my break & I have been to this KFC plenty of times and I have never had this issue EVER. Today, these two ladies were miserable. I’m clearly in a rush and I walk in to pick up my meal while on break, I asked for a single damn ranch (which at most FAST FOOD places they would just hand it to you and send you on your way) as one lady grabs the ranch to give it to me, the other lady that should’ve been working instead of watching us said “it’s .20 for the ranch” THE LADY HELPING ME WAS LITERALLY ABOUT TO HAND IT TO ME WITH NO CHARGE SO how important is it really? What a joke.. So I say okay and start walking to my car to get the 2 dimes hahaha. To make me walk back to my damn car for .20 is insane. Then on my way out to my car to get the stupid .20 the same nosey lady mentions to the other lady helping me “all places charge for sauces” unless it comes out of your CHECK I don’t see why it matters so much. I didn’t even want it anymore so I said nevermind. Future reference to those ladies working first I hope you get a .20 raise lol second, probably wait until your customer walks OUT to talk crap. My visit was 12-11 and I will NEVER be back. Go to the other KFC on palm valley, the customer service is trash here.

I have seen the advertising for the honey BBQ chicken. It was always a favorite so I was near the KFC and pulled in. It was not busy and I was the only one at the counter. The young lady asked for my order and I told her I would like 8 pieces of the honey BBQ I didn't want any of the sides. She said I can't do 8 pieces but I can do a 4 piece and I said ok I'll take 2 four piece. She scratched her chin and said oh I can't do that! At this point I was looking for the hidden camera! Well I left with my 4 pieces of chicken which was probably a good thing, it was just ok.

I had such a fantastic experience at the KFC on Louis Henna in Round Rock! In a world full of chain restaurants, this location truly stands out—and that’s all thanks to Ariel, the manager, and their amazing team.

The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—everything you hope for when craving KFC. But what really made the visit memorable was the exceptional customer service. Ariel went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, Ariel made me feel like more than just another customer.

In times when many places feel robotic, it’s refreshing to see a fast-food location with heart. The way this team runs their restaurant should be the gold standard. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stop by too!

We ordered a 16 piece family meal extra crispy with sides, and a 40 piece chicken nuggets, ordered online for pickup. When I got there I checked to see if the order was correct and it was not. I informed them that they forgot the chicken nuggets, 30 to be exact, and they very rudely completed my order. They insured that everything was there but when I got home I realized they forgot to give me the biscuits 🙄 the chicken was not extra crispy, rather soggy at best. Even though I had asked how long the order had been sitting there and they said they just put it out. The fries tasted old and double dipped in grease. Maybe they don't clean the fryers as often as they should? I was so excited to get extra crispy chicken but it was so disappointing and expensive. Two stars at best 😞
