Bar tender was extremely rude and unprofessional, pizza was good,club sandwich was grade below subway and ceasar salad was not great and lacking any flavor or taste…unimpressed and wish there had been a manager walking around and talking to his guests

Came in 25 minutes before closing, asked if the kitchen was still open, server not happy. I was solo, not wasting time, I ordered food and a beer and closed out my tab after she said I could still order food. She proceeds to bring out my food in to go containers without asking me if I wanted it to go.

Great atmosphere for your bar essential needs. Lots of TVs to watch the games and a huge area to sit big parties. We ordered the Chicken Cesar Salad. And a custom pie Pepperoni Mushrooms and black Olives. Chicken was a little dry but the salad portion was large in size. The pie sauce was average but had good tang. Pizza was a little undercooked but still had a plethora of topping portions. Mushrooms were good as well as the black olives. Pepperones were in cup shape form upon presentation. Overall a solid place to dine ☆☆☆

I love this place but I don’t know why it takes an hour an a half for a small pizza. I WISH THEY WOULD have said something when we ordered! Not wait until everyone is complaining and just offer refunds to get people out of their hair. The place isn’t even full to capacity and they are this behind!

What a waste of time! I spent an hour at this location of pinthouse tonight waiting for a pizza. Apparently they prioritize the to go orders over the in-house orders so they told me 35 minutes and I was OK with that, but it ended up being an hour. When they finally brought my pizza out, it was not even warm. They took it off my bill, but no one ever said I’m sorry or gave me any explanation for the fact that they prioritize orders over people that actually drive to their restaurant for an experience. I am in the loyalty program and have been a devout Customer for over five years, but I will never return to the round rock location. It is embarrassing to the extreme!

So the atmosphere and service are good. I mean, obviously, you will have to get up and get any extras you need but it's not bad. They have a separate area for ordering food and alcohol but its good. The pizza is good. Some of the pizza is not. The ranch is atrocious. Do not order. Other than that, I enjoyed it here.
We went at 6:30 PM on Feb 23. No staff member told us the wait for food, any food - salad, pizza - was more than an hour. When we found out we asked >5 other diners and they all had waited more than hour, again with no warning.
A bright point was the store manager gave us a full refund when I asked for it.

Waited over an hour and never got our food. Multiple families asking for refunds because they had been there for over an hour. I understand wait times happen but at least give your patrons a heads up. Very poor managed evening and situations for all the guests inconvenienced. We drove all the way from Taylor and past several other pizza restaurants to come here. We will not be back.
