We had a delivery the pizza was flipped, it didn't look like a pizza. I called and the manager was so apologenic and had a new pizza delivered. That's customer service! I said I had a picture, unlike Domino's they didn't need a picture.

My kids love Pizza Hut. Our busy-day-easy-delivery-meal plans were diverted when the DoorDash driver ruined the food with a nasty nicotine habit. Pizza Hut management offered to replace the pizza right away even though they had zero responsibility after the food left their hands.

Miss Debbie has the best customer service. Her and the team really out did themselves. They remade my order never heard any negativity from them. From the start they were ready ro resolve the issue .Even the driver had a great attitude. This is by fat one of the best experiences so far this year. Thank you Pizza Hut team on Mays!!
