I go to the P. Terry’s in Pflugerville Texas regularly and I want to say that the customer service is the best. The Service industry has gone down in customer service in general with the restaurant and fast food industry . I’ve always had the greatest customer service. All the employees at this locations have always been very polite and never get the order incorrect. Good job Managment in Pflugerville, Texas. I never write reviews, but this one is warranted.
I just saw a video on how well you treat your employees. The food looks delicious and I wish you had locations in Arizona, thanks for not letting private equity buy your business. Thank you
