Extremely long wait time. Pulled around to the window, was ignored further as people walked past the window but didn't care to acknowledge that I was there.

I went today and my experience with the cashier was the worst. I didn't like her bad attitude and lack of respect at all and then by accident my daughter spilled her soda and I said sory and since it was something that I didn't I could clean it and I was already on my way out. I left and he kept yelling and telling me to come back to clean in a rude manner and he proceeded to take a photo of my vehicle and my license plate. I got out and told him what was wrong and he came out with a attitude that he wanted to yell at me She almost hit me in the face, what a terrible time that happened because she doesn't have to treat me like that. I'm buying, it's true and she has to provide good service.

I ordered 6 piece dark meat I only received 5 I don’t think counting to 6 is very hard. The receipt shows I paid for 6. I will never be Barton this location.

Normally I don’t have any problems coming to this location. I came through the drive thru ordered a 2 pc chicken dinner and had a coupon in hand. I pulled up the window, handed the cashier my card and the coupon and expected the discount to be applied as you would normally do. However, I was charged full price.

When they came back to hand my food to me I questioned them about why the discount was not applied. First they pawned it off saying that it was because I ordered an extra side. So after a few minutes of them shuffling around, a “manager” named Orlando comes to the window to “assist” me. I asked why the discount wasn’t applied and he explained because I needed to tell them the code at the drive thru speaker because their computer system can’t apply any discount or promo codes once an order has already been started. Which literally made zero sense.

Instead of trying to make it right he began to argue with me and decided to insult me by insinuating that was low class and poor.

It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to this location ever again. WORST. SERVICE. EVER!

They refused to take my individual drive through order, an hour before they were closed. On 11/27/2024. Management should check who was on staff that evening.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place is horrible! Terrible customer service! Didn’t get what i wanted! ! Never going back again! Please do yourself a favor, train your employees before sending them to work!!!!

Horrible. I went to this place with my kids. The employees had thick Spanish accent. I asked her to repeat the order with price and she didn’t repeat it correctly. She didn’t have sauce with fries or with sandwich.
