Project Pollo is a vegan fast food restaurant known for its delicious Nashville Hot sandwich and tasty milkshakes. The staff is courteous, and the dining area is kept immaculate. However, it seems that the restaurant closed its doors on March 9th, much to the disappointment of its customers. The owner was present and issued refunds to those who had placed online orders. There is hope that Project Pollo will relocate to a better spot, as it is considered the best vegan fast food place in the area in terms of the food they serve.
