If I could give more than five stars, I would. The Rowdy Rebel is already a great place to grab a drink and hang out, but Jersey is the reason I keep coming back. She has the most bubbly personality, an incredible smile, and a way of making everyone feel genuinely welcome the moment they walk through the door.
