I hadn't gone to Rudys in years bc it was my late husbands favorite place to just go to...I ordered 2x..once eat in and once to take home..one ticket was 31 and the other was 69.. well what posted to my card was 36 and 83. To say I was pissed is an understatement. I call to get an explanation and the Mgr says she sees what I have on my tickets okay so she tells me call card company.
I do and actually get a human and they say Rudys over charges on certain cards and will refund after certain amount of time...
That's crap bc that means they lock up funds until they process their payment. So instead of Rudys getting 100 yesterday they have 200 of my money locked up due to now the correct amount is posted on top of the error
In this economy and age of gig jobs ANY COMPANY BESIDES A GAS PUMP LOCKING UP DBL FUNDS IS CRAP!

Don't be confused with the gas station. If you need to fuel up, you have two wonderful options to choose from: you can fill your vehicle while filling up on delicious BBQ.

I was really disappointed with Rudy’s BBQ order. The brisket arrived dry, chewy, and completely bland — nothing like what good brisket should taste like. On top of that, they sent only four slices of bread for a full pound of meat, which made the portions feel mismatched and careless. The smoked potato disappointed as well together with the chili. Overall, the meal was poorly executed and not worth the price. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Had a group to go order that was ready on time and perfectly executed...even took time for a couple of great breakfast tacos. The overall service is always top notch at the Round Rock Rudy's.

Turkey so good I had them cater for my wedding. Love the arm washer for when things get messy. It can be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Staff get you what you need to start eating, never a fuss from anyone. Get a large cup for a fountain drink and take it home!

What has happened to this Rudy's?! I used to love this place! I went in yesterday, got 1/2 brisket, 1/2 pound of turkey, brisket was extremely tough and dry, turkey was still pink and raw in the middle!

Not crazy about coleslaw or potato salad. Cream corn very good beans are good.

Food was NOT good!!!! Chicken and ribs were very dry. Had to put everything in sauce just to swallow and wash my food down. I will never be back!! Food is over priced AND hardly any flavor.
