We had an excellent experience at True Texas BBQ thanks to Danielle! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She took the time to explain there was a short wait on the mac n’ cheese and kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. Danielle also took the initiative to tell us about the upcoming holiday meals — her friendliness and attention to detail truly stood out. Exceptional customer service like hers makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Hosted a private Event at the Palmer Lane location. For those that don’t know, they have a great sized room for small parties. From the moment of planning, to day of the event the staff was beyond incredible in all aspects. The food was abundant and fresh and hot, and delicious. Whatever we needed the staff was on it. The customer service was through the roof. Thank you all for a great night, you made everything so easy! I highly recommend everyone eat at this location, 10/10“
