They don’t understand allergies. If you have allergies go somewhere else. Clearly stated a dairy allergy so no whipped cream. The first one came out with whipped cream, they remade it and still had whipped cream. The third time I saw them add the whipped cream then try to scoop it off. If I hadn’t seen them do it it would have caused major issues.

Tried to order my coffee a special way. The initial reply was sure. Then manager says no , and please go elsewhere for your coffee ! All because I wanted extra foam!Went to a different location and they accommodated me without any issue!

This is the dirtiest, filthiest, most disgusting Starbucks this side of the Mississippi. Trash everywhere, disgusting / inoperational restrooms, broken coffee maker (love this one) and no WIFI. There was no salt on my breakfast taco but my tears of disappointment had

Cashier very inpatient! Had to wait 8 mins before placing
Placed a mobile, I waited and my app told me my order was ready. I was still waiting I told the woman working at the bar closest to the door I’ve been waiting for my drinks and the app says it’s ready. The women tells me she has no control over the app and my drinks aren’t ready this is inexcusable. I’ve never had a problem like this at this store. Name tag said Alyssa, she was rude, unhelpful and didn’t seem to care

It’s very noticeable that there is new management, because this store has gone downhill. I am Always waiting about 30 mins for mobile drinks that I place in advance so there is enough time for them to make it and it’s still not ready. Wont be coming back to this
