Taco Cabana Reviews
Take out is supposed to be easy right? Approach box, place order, approach window, pay, leave with what you ordered. Right? Simple. Not here. Here you may as well just pull up to the window and they’ll give you what they see fit to. Allergies? Don’t go here. Food aversions? Don’t go here. Literally anything that isn’t EXACTLY as it is presented on the menu - yea, you’re not getting it. Hell, you’re lucky to even get it right ordered as it comes on the menu. Taco Cabana has mixed reviews. Some customers find the food enjoyable but feel that the prices are not always justified. There have been instances of long wait times, incorrect orders, and staff seeming unhappy or rushing through interactions. Recently, some customers noted that the restaurant was very dirty, with tortillas on the floor and tables that were not wiped down. It seems they were understaffed, which reflects poorly on the management of the restaurant. On a positive note, the food is generally praised for its taste. However, there have been issues with curbside orders not being brought out, difficulty getting the attention of staff, and long waits for service. For example, one customer mentioned it took a while for someone to come and take their order, and they had to order from a menu on the counter because the menu panels were mostly black. Additionally, the container of pico was empty and not refilled during their visit. Customers have expressed irritation over the service, including instances where they had to honk for assistance at the window.
