The rooms are clean, service is amazing and the atmosphere is peaceful and calm. My husband and I absolutely loved it and will be back! What a slice of heaven just a few blocks down from downtown around Rock. I highly recommend this hotel!
I have not had the pleasure of staying at The Ruby yet but I cannot wait. I had to write a review and commend their customer service. I could not stay due to the weather and Kyle was so helpful and offered to reschedule or cancel with a refund. The process was so easy and eased anxiety. I will definitely be re-booking.
This quiet motel-style hotel was super cute! We booked same day and front desk was so helpful and patient with my questions. We had our puppy with us and the pet fee was actually less than your average hotel pet fee. The pool was warm and comfortable and my kiddos enjoyed it. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Juan, the bartender!
