Attempted to place a call in pick up order some girl answered the phone told me to wait didn’t ask but TOLD ME TO WAIT then put me on hold and never came back to the call. I tried calling from another device all calls aren’t being answered cause the phone is off the hook. I’m sure this business is losing a lot of money due to the staff careless behavior! Find another job if you don’t want to be there

Update I arrived to the restaurant there was a young girl standing at the cashier on her phone with ZERO customers in the building, as I was walking in I attempted to call the store to see if it would ring and the girl at the register had the phone disconnected to where they where not receiving calls. I proceeded to ask for a manager she stated there wasn’t one available but might be tonight. I then saw the smirk on her face and decided to just walk away I refuse to spend $30 with an establishment like this!

Absolutely delicious! My first time trying Jamaican food and it didn’t disappoint. This food is packed with flavor and if anyone says anything else has never seasoned their food before lol 😂. I will be back.

The rice was a little hard & a little salty. I normally enjoy the food but today it was just something to eat very disappointed.

Good customer service and I heard about Tony’s through my teacher and was excited to give it a try… and it absolutely lived up to the hype I heard about

The food at this establishment is very delicious! We received the jerk pork and the goat curry. The jerk pork is very flavorful, but I don't recommend the goat curry. While it tasted fine, it lacked flavor. It was a very basic goat curry. I recommend this establishment upgrade its interior dining experience. We came into place an order, and it was delivered to us in takeout boxes. That discouraged us from sitting down, so we ate our food to go. It's also too quiet in the building. The food we received was also cold. It was fine since we took it to go, but it brings into question how the food is being stored. I strongly recommend this establishment keeps food properly heated and upgrades its indoor dining room experience.

On 5/6/2026, I placed an online order and drove to the restaurant only to find it closed. I tried calling multiple times, but the phone line stayed busy and there was no way to cancel the order.

Two days later, on 5/8/2026, the restaurant suddenly confirmed the order even though it was never fulfilled. The phone line is still busy, and there is still no clear way to request a refund.

If a business is closed, online ordering should be disabled. I would strongly recommend avoiding online orders here until they improve their communication and refund process.

It’s a beautiful Saturday, and I felt like going to Jamaica, but last minute flights were expensive. So I thought, why not enjoy some Jamaican food and support a local business instead?

Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match that intention. I was met with an unwelcoming attitude. There were two staff members, one with red hair and facial tattoos and another with braids. I asked three times if they were serving or if I could be seated. On the third attempt, they responded by telling me to “speak louder”. Can you imagine? which was frustrating.

At that point, I decided to leave. I walked out and headed over to Las Cazuelas Mexican Restaurant-Bar instead on the right side.

The difference was immediate. The place was very clean, and I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in. I was greeted, seated right away, and offered water. It turned the rest of my afternoon around.

Beware uber driver, they didn’t want to make I uber order for reason they are not making lunch special for customer and not candlcelling the order on their end while I request him to cancel the order.

The oxtails were sooo good! Get extra gravy on the side.

Tip: it was too quiet. Have some Jamaican music playing in the background.
