Waste of time, money, and ruined our dinner. We came here for the first time, they stated we didn’t have a reservation, than they made us wait one hour food. We were about to walk out when the manager offered us a discount to stay. The service was horrible and this location is nothing like the one in Austin. They gave us food that was not fresh and we will not be coming back.

This place was today by far the worst resturant that I have been to in Austin. We reserved a table 2.5 hours before we showed up. Got the table, got water, and ordered the food: grilled mixed family plate and some appetizers. The Appetizers came in "togo boxes" and cold, which means they were kept in the fridge.37 mins later. 1) No grilled meat. 2) No water refill. 3) no bread besides the three pitas we rceived when we got in ... we are 6 people :). 4) no one ever bothered to ask us if we needed anything. We got up and decided to leave. And pay for what we had so far. The manager got angry and started adding plates that we never ordered or received. It was easy to see that the manager is the problem. My advice: Do not think of going unless there a mgmt change there. This was a waste of time and a huge disappointment to my kids and my parents.

Good food. Smaller portions than I’m used to.

The food is excellent but the service lacks in providing recommendations and attention after food is delivered. Could not help but feel like regular customers are valued over new. With that attitude, new customers will not become regular customers. Changed my rating to a 1 since I just discovered that the inattentive waitress opted to give herself a bump in her tip once I reviewed my credit card statement. I had given 15% commensurate with her lack of service but she opted to increase it. No bueno!

An absolute gem nestled in Round Rock, so lucky to have it close to our house. It's the best and most authentic Mediterranean food you can find in Austin! Everything is fresh, they make the pita and bread in-house from SCRATCH, and it's always served warm and freshly from the oven. The beef and lamb kebab is to die for, the lahmajun, the cheese pita and the hummus are my absolute favorite. They serve their food in nice dishes and finally there's a restaurant that knows how to serve hot authentic Arabic tea. The staff is always nice and welcoming, great atmosphere and the Middle Eastern decorations elevate the ambiance. Thank you Usta Kababgy for consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.

First visit to this gem in Round Rock and had a great experience with good food, ambiance and service! We ordered the mixed kabab with chicken tikka and spicy kabab and both the meets were cooked to perfection ! Ambiance was set with a middle eastern theme and they had soft music playing . The falafel was hands down the best I've had - crispy outside and soft inside and not oily at all. They had a complementary dal side dish for Ramadan and it was okay. I think the dessert we ordered was called basbousa and it was a honey cake texture and tasted great! Overall had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to go back!

So good! The waitress guided us through menu highlights. We tried several different things and everything exceeded our expectations! Can't wait to come back.

Nice ambiance. Food was good overall. Some meats was dry for my taste but overall I enjoyed it.

The food was wonderful. We have so missed these tasty dishes and have looked for a while since we've been in the Austin area. Thumbs up! We had the Kafta Kabob plate and it was wonderful. We loved the bread and each and every sauce provided at the table before our meal. Only thing is that I would have preferred Sadaf hot tea. Everything else was great!
