“This Einstein Bagels location is fantastic. The food was prepared very quickly and tasted delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. This is honestly the best Einstein Bagels I have ever been to and I highly recommend it.“

“😡First time, last time - I was really looking forward to those bagels, too. Cashier rang my order up wrong, $3.00 difference (more). Instead of explaining the mistake and letting me pay the difference or just let it go (wasn't my fault), manager insisted on voiding the transaction to re-ring "correctly." Told her just credit the ticket and left. Terrible attitude to take with any customer, especially a new one (which I mentioned more than once).“

“This was our first time at this particular location. Parker took very good care of us! We had planned to visit early this morning, but I wasn't feeling well. So we ended up visiting just before closing time. I hate going to places just before they close, but we never felt pressured or any negativity during our visit. The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind, and the food was great! We will be back!“
