This boba shop is an absolute gem! The decor inside is absolutely lovely, making it a super cute spot to hang out. But what completely won me over was their display of rubber duckies in accessories —they give you a surprise little squeaky ducky with every single drink purchase! It is such a fun, unique touch.
On top of the awesome atmosphere, the staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and worked incredibly fast to get our drinks ready. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve only had good experiences at this location but today I faced a small issue with my order. Tried to place an order through the app and there was no option to make a drink with an alternative milk and remove boba so I called the store and Ashley was able to resolve my issue nicely and professionally. She went above and beyond to make it right! Definitely will be back!“

“Boba Heaven has honestly become one of my favorite spots to go when I want something refreshing and comforting at the same time. I was able to visit last Sunday, and it just reminded me why I keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully put together. It is the kind of place you can sit and relax, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a quiet moment to yourself.
What really stands out to me is the consistency and quality of their drinks. You can tell they put care into every order, from the perfectly balanced sweetness levels to the freshness of the ingredients and the texture of the boba itself. Nothing ever tastes rushed or overly artificial, which makes a huge difference compared to other places.
Another thing I really appreciate is the staff. They are always kind, patient, and willing to help if you are trying something new or customizing your drink. That level of attentiveness makes the experience feel a lot more personal instead of transactional.
Overall, I feel like Boba Heaven genuinely cares about both their product and their customers. It is one of those places you keep coming back to, not just because the drinks are good, but because the whole experience is consistently positive and comforting.“

“Teavalley might be tucked inside a small H Mart in Plano, but trust me it’s worth finding. I tried their Dragon Fruit & Mango Jito and it was amazing. The flavors blended so smoothly, it felt like the perfect mix of tropical refreshment in one cup.
You can really taste the freshness, no weird fake flavors here, just bright, real fruit and quality ingredients. It’s the kind of drink that makes you stop mid sip and go, “Okay, this is good.”
They’ve also got a huge variety of drinks, so whether you’re into fruity refreshers, creamy milk teas, or something in between, you’ll find your go to. Next time you’re grocery shopping at H Mart, skip the food court boba and head straight to Teavalley, you’ll thank me later.“

“The Pumpkin Spice Milk Tea here was the best drink to break in the fall weather! Creamy, great flavor (pumpkin pie in drink form), and amazing quality. We also tried their bubble waffle with milk foam and creme brulee dips. The owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. Definitely will return.“

“I came back after trying the peach matcha on a previous visit, which I really enjoyed, so I decided to give the coffee flight a try.
The coffee flight was decent, but at around $18 before tax and tip, it felt a bit overpriced for what you get. The coffee itself wasn’t as strong or bold as the Vietnamese coffee I’m used to.
The coffee butter was my favorite of the flight and stood out the most. The other flavors were just okay, nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it was worth trying once, but I think I’d order the peach matcha again next time.“
“Came here on a whim after noodle wave and had a great experience. The boba tea was delicious and the service was patient and kind as we decided what we wanted. The music they play is so great and we even got to play the crane machine. Only one kid was able to win a prize, but the workers were very kind and gave the other kid a prize. Made our day. “Me and my husband order from here quite often and have it delivered. Tonight we ordered dinner and it was fantastic! Everything we get here is always freshly made. You can tell when food sits and when it is fresh. Everything here is always fresh. But I usually get orange tofu and tonight it was fantastic. It was not too spicy or too hot. It was perfect. Just the right amount of sauce and everything married together well. But the reason why I chose to leave a review now rather than any of the other times is for their crab Rangoon.It was stuffed so full that It could barely close. Many Chinese places you go to you might get a little bit of filling. But here they always make sure that there’s enough. It makes it taste fantastic and for that I say thank you. This will continue to be our go to Chinese food spot.“

“loved the teas! they also had an option for my kids where the tea could be replaced with sparkling water for some unique and delicious sparkling drinks (I can say this because the portions are large, so I finished the kid's drinks). all in all, well worth the money for a refreshing treat. also the café atmosphere is so nice, we stayed and enjoyed our drinks inside.“
