Here on vacation and wanted a little taste of home. I told Bridget that I was a fellow “broista” and she was so sweet to treat me the same way I’d be treated at my home stand. Even though they were pretty busy, they chatted with me while making my drinks. the coffee is definitely worth the wait when you have great customer service like these gals. It’s not often I leave reviews but the ladies working yesterday were phenomenal and super sweet!! would definitely recommend...
Never received my points and when I reached out to customer service they asked for a copy of a receipt to show purchase. I don't remember ever being offered a receipt anytime I've visited. Please make sure to ask for receipts to show proof of purchase if you track your points.
I'm not sure why it asks for atmosphere when I never get out of the truck. My wife loves this place. With that said, I'm here often grabbing coffee for her on my way home.
The service is great, but the fake accents these people use make me just smack someone. Even the guy that was there the other day was using it.
