Glitch

I’ve been going here for years, over the last few years it was going down hill but it was still a quick bite that the family liked. We hadn’t ate here in months and we decided to get a pizza the other day and the quality has gone up so much! It tastes better, the service is fast and the people are nice. Turns out they got someone new managing it now, if you haven’t been here in awhile like us I recommend giving them another chance. ??

The joke is on me for continuing to expect anything different. For a place that prides itself on being fast, this location has been ridiculously slow every time I've gone in. A pleasant surprise is when my order is ready 20 minutes after I place it.For context, I placed today's order right at the end of the first half of the Cowboys game. I didn't get home until the start of the 4th quarter. I got my first "your order is ready" email almost 30 minutes before I walked out with it. (I got my second "your order is ready" email 10 minutes after the first one.)I don't know if it's a training issue or a staffing issue. But I do know that from now on, I'll just make the drive to a different location. In the end it'll take less time.

My total experience is 1 all over but I blame management for not properly training the staff to understand customer service. I walk in at 9:37pm on. Saturday night go place an order and they can not take my order because they have already taken down the line. I could write a lot more but the main thing is I will not be returning and will provide my experience to my friends and suggest they not visit this location.UNBELIEVABLY BAD EXPERIENCE….DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME !!!!

You want to stay far away from this Little Caesars pizza I placed a order for a pepperoni pizza & crazy bread I payed 11.50 cash then $1.00 on my debit card card because my total was $12.50 the worker who took my order said I owed 5 dollars.60 cents which was incorrect the women behind me who placed a order after me told the worker no he gave you 10.50 & payed a dollar on his debit card & the worker still didn't get it. so I'm waiting on my order 10 min passes then 40 min rolls by & I still didn't get my order after 7 people that ordered after me got there orders and I was still waiting for my order so I bring it to the workers attention & says I ordered wings when I only ordered a pepperoni pizza & crazy bread then again I basically get brushed off then when I brought it to the managers attention of what was going on she cops a attitude & was very rude towards me then goes off in the back acts like she was looking for my order but pushing out others people's orders & disregarded me when I told the manager I wanted a refund she tried giving me 5 dollars & some change back & I told her that was incorrect she copped a attitude with me & was very rude saying I just got here which was a lie because I wear a body camera that recorded everything which she was present in the store. so when my mom asked for the owners name the manager was rude and was being smart disrespectful towards my mom & dismissed her & refused to give the information to my mom because the manager will give a customer service number which it's hard to get ahold of somebody and they figure people will give up so nothing will be done towards that person but unfortunately we was able to get a hold of little Caesars customer service and we know who the manager's boss is now. but my problem is we had to be inconvenienced wait 40 min just to get a pepperoni pizza crazy bread & treated very rudely by the manager like this was our fault in my opinion this manager needs to be fired she is a manager plus she is representing this company & her attitude being rude was very unprofessional where it makes Little Caesars look bad as a company. you would figure you guys would want to bring in business in not lose business from your customers at Little Caesars really this managers behaviour & how she acted you lost our business & loss money over the situation that took place with this manager & how we was treated at this Little Caesars Store In all do respect if you guys at Little Caesars didn't have customers you guys wouldn't have a business or get a paycheck without customers buying your products. so with this situation I hope you fire this manager because your losing revenue from customers in your store. I am appalled upset how I was treated by this manager and how my mom was treated by this manager is unacceptable to be treated this way and I really hope that you guys do something about this with this manager Because actions speak louder than words you can say that you're going to do something about it but if you don't take action and do something about it then it'll never change and you'll keep losing people's business because of this manager.

Chose little carsars to get something quick. Came in at 7 pm for a hot and ready pizza for hungry kids. Nothing was available. Maybe there was a rush before us? Maybe they are understaffed? It can be annoying when you expect something, but I wasn't going to start kicking and screaming over a pizza. Waited about 10 min. Staff were polite and seemed to get people out quickly, finding a balance between taking orders and packing things up.We don't come here enough to know if this is unique to today or every time. Next time I will just call ahead.

Was shorted a pizza, the woman at the front desk was absolutely no help and very rude and condescending. When I asked for their RM's number, she informed me she was the RM, when I asked for a number for corporate, she refused to give it to me. Absolutely horrible customer service today which is quite sad because we typically order twice a week...

Apparently $5 hotnready pizzas are $7.99? An over 50% increase and the store associate blamed it on Covid... They weren't worth $5 but decent enough in a pinch. Not now.

I’ve gone to this Little Caesar’s for many years and I can honestly tell you this is the best it has ever been. Angelica is one of the nicest people you will meet with tremendous customer service. The first time I was there she gave me a thick crust instead of the thin I asked for, but she immediately took responsibility for it by giving me free bread. I know for a fact she’s not the one who made the mistake, but she didn’t throw the responsible person under the bus like some people would. Plus, all her supporting are friendly too even though they may not want to be. It’s easy to friendly when you’re in a good mood, but it’s not when you’re in a bad one. People can be demanding, but this Little Caesar’s knows exactly how to deal with them. Bravo, Angelica! Bravo!
