One of my buddies kept telling me to try this place out. He suggested my wife and I come out on a karaoke night to get the full experience of if all. This place is as close to a Cheers as I have been in a long time. The staff seem like they are all long term people, and the stools, well, I bet there are many that are regulars who have their designated spot. I though there was a deck outside. So, here's my experience for tonight. I asked a staff what happened to her foot and she told me she broke it but she appeared to not want to respond. I asked another waitress what her name was and she said you don't need to know. That's fine. I asked yet another waitress about the deck in back and I was informed owner was there. Typically I love this place, but very disappointed with tonight's visit. Service was slow, chicken was chewy, order was incorrectly entered, fries were cold and had to seek people multiple times out to get help, Since I know they do better, I will be back, but if this was my first time...I wouldn't bother.
