Usually love my chipotle but it’s been twice the food hasn’t been at its best. Last week lettuce looked old and dry like it had been sitting out and today my guac brown. May have to change chipotle locations
This has to be one of the worst dining experiences inside of Chipotle. There's 8 employees that I can see but the 3 younger ladies near the register....WOW.
They are not about Chipotle business based on the volume of their conversations and explicit language within. Nothing about them speaks of customer service. Omg how sweet was the guy that made my bowl and the young lady that rang me up. I had to meet my friend to give her some things she left at my house so this location is almost 1hr 30min from me. It was a pleasant experience! Very friendly staff, quick, kind, informative about the new sauce they had, and very clean. Thank you for being kind!
