I try to give fair & honest reviews. I like this store & I've never had any issues until now. I visited Chipotle in Royse City on Saturday March 16th around 4pm. I place my original order online, picked it up through the drive thru. When I got home 2 of my items ordered was incorrect. I drove back to the store in stormy rain, went inside (the store was busy) so I waited until someone acknowledged me. I bought a steak bowl with white rice and guacamole. I paid just under $15 for it. Half of my steak was too tough to eat. I don’t like to spend almost $15 and not be able to eat my entire meal.
