McDonald's Reviews
Just bought fries from the Royse city location. They were cold and soggy as I got them at the drive-through. I asked them if they had fresh fries and he took my fries back and re-cooked them.. gross
They serve sub par food. They can’t even understand the difference between sweet and unsweetened tea. Today I ordered a frozen coke and they handed me a watered down one. It was mostly liquid with a slush center. Called them and that useless manager pretended she couldn’t hear or understand English. Go to Fate. Go to Rockwall. Any place other RC.

The McDonald's in Royse City, Texas offers a generally good dining experience. Customers enjoy the tasty pancakes, sausage, and sausage burritos, as well as the decaf coffee. The atmosphere is described as good and exciting, with families interacting in the playroom, making it a place where customers feel comfortable bringing their kids. Many appreciate the amazing staff and quick service, which contributes to an enjoyable visit.
However, some customers have had mixed experiences. One reviewer noted issues with order accuracy, mentioning that they received the wrong order number and had a confusing interaction with staff. Another customer expressed disappointment with the drive-thru experience, highlighting a misunderstanding about the lane usage that led to unnecessary tension among customers. Additionally, there were complaints about the quality of the hash browns, which were not hot or crispy. While some meals like the spicy crispy sandwich are well-received, others, such as the quarter pounder deluxe, were considered just okay. Overall, the McDonald's in Royse City provides a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects reported by customers.
