We happened to find this gem because the diner we planned on going to in Concan was closed. We were dying for a good cheeseburger and let me tell you…we found it!!! The wait staff was wonderful, super attentive and extremely friendly. The star of the show was the 1/2 lb burger though. The meat they use had excellent flavor and came out perfectly cooked with cheese melted, still hot off the grill. Have been here 3 times in the past year on the way back home from the Hill Country. Always noticed a parking lot full of cars, knew the place had to be good. BBQ Melt and the breakfast special have been the go to for me.
Wow outstanding brisket sandwich. The bread, bbq sauce, and brisket make this THE BEST brisket sandwich EVER. So glad we found this place on our way home from lost maples state park.
