“We happened to find this gem because the diner we planned on going to in Concan was closed. We were dying for a good cheeseburger and let me tell you…we found it!!! The wait staff was wonderful, super attentive and extremely friendly. The star of the show was the 1/2 lb burger though. The meat they use had excellent flavor and came out perfectly cooked with cheese melted, still hot off the grill. Secondary to the flavor of the meat, the star of the show in my opinion was the sourdough bun. The crust on the outside, along with the fluffy inside was a textural masterpiece.
I’m thankful we stopped by, we will be back every year we go up to the river and maybe a few times just for a world class burger. Thank you all for the hospitality and that delicious lunch!!!“
