When I pulled up there were 3 cars ahead of me. It took 35 minutes for me to make it to the place to order.I sat at the menu waiting to order for 15 minutes after being to to please wait one second to order. I placed an order for wings. Guess what they don’t have any wings, that will be another 20 minute wait. I said never mind and of course was upset lol. When I drove past the window the young lady was laughing, I guess because horrible service is funny to her.
They forgot my side when I went through the drive thru so I went in with my bag and let them know (nicely). The male working told me he put the side in the bag. I showed him the bag so he would see that he put the extra family side I ordered in there, but not the individual side that came with my combo.
