FANTASTIC!!! First timer here. Just happened to stop by this area for something else. Thought I would check it out, and grab take-out. I will say I don't usually leave reviews unless asked... But I went outta my way to make this one. I also was sad when Taste of Asia closed, and the only sushi on that strip was Koger and Albertsons... BUT!!! This place was awesome! Super friendly staff. Sweet and well kept little place they have opened up. And we felt the food was absolutely delicious....read full review

Ishikawa Sushi And Grill is a restaurant that has become a new favorite spot for many. The staff is super friendly, and the place is sweet and well kept. The food is absolutely delicious, everything felt fresh and had great flavor. The chicken fried rice is a favorite, and the Tuna Tataki was delicious and fresh with big portions. The miso soup that came with the bento had such a good flavor. The California roll was also fresh. The crab Rangoon could be a little bit crispier. The food is priced at what you would expect for sushi, and worth the price. The ownership, management, and food are all excellent. The service is always very friendly, though servers aren’t really familiar with the menu or if they are out of things. Saginaw needed a local sushi/asian food place. Highly recommend!
