“Great food and even better staff. Cava is the reason I don’t go to their neighbor, Chipotle anymore. Food here is always on point no matter what I’m in the mood for. However, it’s always a game time decision. I usually stare at the menu like I’m brand new and don’t know what is on it. “I’ll have a steak harrisa bowl with double meat/spicy lamb meatballs please.” That’s another thing about Cava…a very healthy option and macro friendly. Can’t say that about Chipotle. The drink options are healthy too. Get a large Cucumber Mint…you’ll thank me later. Whoever is making my bowl for the day, I know it will be consistent because it has been the same smiling faces on the other side of the glass probably since this location opened. Love seeing that…young workers staying at a job. Must be treated right or they love the food as much as I do. If you’re looking for a great meal that will exceed expectations and prepared with pride…Cava in Saginaw is the go to. Try the new salmon…you won’t regret it.“

“My boyfriend and I had lunch here recently and it is beyond 5 stars. Completely Amazing, the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. The owner was very kind, and friendly . I ordered the beef Shawarma loved every bite. everything is made to order. The food is fresh, the portions are plentiful. I will go back and bring my family, if you know anyone that love Mediterranean food, I highly recommend you taking them to Galilee Falafel & Shawarma.“

“When I arrived for my first visit I was highly disappointed because even though they were supposed to be open, they weren't. I pulled in to the parking lot around 5pm they had a sign in the window that read be back at 5:50pm. He took the sign down a few minutes before 5:50pm
I ordered a comination platter that's not on the menu. Gyro + chicken platter over rice, extra meat, extra rice, and extra sauce, with a side of greek fries.
My earlier disappointment faded once I tasted the food. Exceptional! The greek fries were delicious but unfortunately stayed in the oil a little too long. Can you say CRISPY! I would've preferred a bit more feta on them as well. Both issues were conveyed to the owner/worker that helped me. The combination platter was THE BEST I've had to date. Just the right amount of sauce, spices, and the portion was big. I guess when you order extra meat that happens. I couldn't finish the platter in one sitting...left overs! The fries were gone in a hurry.
All in all my first reaction was no way they get 5 stars. Afterwards, the food was too good not to be given 5 stars. The owner/worker was friendly and accepted my suggestions for better fries with grace. Do they deserve a overall rating of 4.9 stars? ABSOLUTELY! I highly recommend Yummys Gyros. You will not be disappointed even if you have to wait almost an hour.

“Tried Wild Chef for our Thanksgiving meal and the turkey and sides were all delicious and tasted home made and high quality. Ordering was easy, loved the delivery option, and food came with easy steps to heat up. Would definitely recommend and plan on using them again.“

“We LOVE this place! They have the best gyro meat in town. Our family recommends the hummus, gyro plate, chicken pita, salmon, falafel and any of the salads! My father in law also raved about the chicken and shrimp sandwich. So many yummy options! The owners are so delightful. This is our go to place for Greek food. Well worth the 30 minute drive to get there from where we live.“

“My brother and I stopped by Stop-n-Go Gyro to check the place out, and we were seriously impressed.
We’re no strangers to Mediterranean food, but this place definitely stands out. We started with the Greek fries, and these were something neither of us had really experienced before. Fresh, crispy crinkle fries topped with gyro meat, feta, garlic sauce, and tzatziki. Messy, creamy, garlicky, salty, tangy just ridiculously good.
Of course, we had to get the gyros too. Warm, soft pita packed with plenty of gyro meat and fresh toppings. You can genuinely taste the quality in the ingredients, and everything tasted fresh and made with care.
What really put the experience over the top was getting to meet Mohamed, the owner. Super friendly, welcoming guy who clearly cares about his food and his business. We hung out and shot the shit about the place for a bit, gave him our compliments, and let him know we’d definitely be back.
And that’s what I love about finding a new local spot, great food, good people, and no pretense. Just somebody making food they’re proud of and welcoming people through the door.
