We used to love Wendy's, but the food on our last visit was cold and definitely sub-par. We decided to give them another chance today, but the door was locked in the middle of the day...I think we are done with Wendy's. :(
Poor customer service from the manager. Yelled at me to back up when I was the next person in the drive though so someone could walk up and get their order. Very rude do not recommend!!!!!

We were at the Wendy’s store on Saginaw main and Bailey Boswell in Saginaw Tx . While eating I had just told my husband they put too much ketchup and Mayo on my burger and when we looked down there was a DEAD ROACH in my food!!! We went back thru drive thru because the doors were locked and their phone kept giving a busy signal. We asked for a manager so that we could show them.
