My husband and I came here for birbon cocktail not knowing what to expect. What a treat it was. A very welcoming and cozy environment. The Pecan Burbon Old Fashion was really good! The bartender was super upbeat and friendly. They do serve pizza's and also have a cigar room in the back. We will definitely go back.
The is a great place for a relaxing evening out with friends, as a couple or by yourself. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel at home. Their first Valentine’s Day Event was wonderful and my husband and our friends will be back. If you are looking for a friendly relaxing place to be Bourbon Speaks is what you are looking for.
Really enjoyed this place, not only delicious bourbons, tequila etc… but great wine too (had the rosè) the bartender even went out of his way to see if he could find a bourbon and tequila I’d like… definitely will be back next time I’m in Salado!!! The owner is a very nice hard working woman too!! Boss chick! 🥃 🍷

Bourbon Speaks is an amazing place with a stylish, rusticated environment and welcoming vibes. The atmosphere is perfect, making it a cool hangout spot. The bartenders are knowledgeable, friendly, and their recommendations are spot on. The drinks are top notch, including bourbon, margaritas, a Manhattan, and a pecan old fashioned. The food is delicious. It is located across from the college park and has a shaded back patio, with a free parking lot and free street parking nearby.
