Grabbed a latte, and it was really great. My son had an 8oz drip coffee that, too, was also super amazing. Very clean environment and fast service.

Could be more of a coffee shop atmosphere, inviting to stay and enjoy my coffee. Their food does seem like it's gone down a grade

Muscovy serves good coffee but their Brisket Kolache is next level! I love that they have nitro cold brew on tap for an all day treat.

Stopped by while driving home from Austin to Dallas. I got a delicious iced coffee that took me all the way home. This is now a must-stop for me on this route.

Really delicious food. The only thing I don't love are the brown bags they serve the food in sometimes it's not compatible with items like the pop tarts.

Grabbed a cold latte on the way to Austin as well as some banana bread. Both were great, tho for a 16oz coffee and the slice of bread it was $15. Bit pricey, but def tasty.

Cute place. Latte was good. We sat outside under a covered area.

Our first time there. Had a matcha latte.and a couple coffees. It was all very tasty. It was our first time there and we’re asking questions and trying to figure out the menu. Young lady at register answered our questions but you can see and hear that she had no patience for us.

Really neat coffee shop! Beautiful shop and great customer service. We had an Ethiopian pour over- a smidge darker roast than we prefer, but we like a very light roast.

This place caught my eye from I35. So glad I stopped! I had their nitro cold brew. It was very smooth with an incredibly nuanced flavor. I also bought a bag of whole beans from Brazil, which I'm really into right now. It's absolutely wonderful! Definitely will stop by again when I'm passing through Salado!

I love this local spot. The house blend is a good combination of strong but flavorful brew. I would say it’s not for the usual Starbucks aficionados. It’s real coffee, not high on sugar. The food is yummy! Everything I’ve had has a good TX flavour. It’s relatively inexpensive too.

My one and only pet peeve about the place is that the furniture and the art lack character. I wish it was comfy and quirky like our other staple coffee house in downtown Belton.

I happened to be in the coffee shop the day the owner and what I assume was the interior decorator were taking about the art they planned to display. A few weeks later and it’s up. It lacks what our Salado is known for: local art! Maybe co-op with people in the village that are trying to sell their handmade paintings? It would definitely give it a Texas flair!

As for the furniture; invest in some antique comfy couches and quirky lighting! The outdoor space could definitely use umbrellas for some shade in this summer heat; even early morning ☀️

Maybe the aesthetic they’re going for is modern bachelor but I feel like it could definitely represent salado differently ?

I will still be back as a customer for the good coffee! (Just wish it was a bit more comfy!)

Great coffee shop right off the highway if you’re traveling and are looking for a quick pit stop I highly recommend checking them out! I got the campfire and it was delicious not too sweet you could equally taste the coffee as well as sweetness ?
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the drink and food items. I grabbed the expresso cupcake, sopapilla cheesecake, grilled sandwiche and pop tart all were amazing! They also have a drive thru, the atmosphere inside is nice and really clean so if you have a little time to stop I would stop inside. Clean bathrooms and they had cute miniature rubber ducks scattered around the place.
