Cornudas Cafe is a hidden gem along the route between Carlsbad, NM and El Paso, TX. Despite being in a soft opening, the menu offers delicious options like burgers and breakfast burritos. The cute atmosphere adds to the experience, although some tables may be lop-sided. Visitors in early May 2024 enjoyed fantastic food, including a club sandwich and breakfast burrito.
