Constance, the general manager, was SO sweet to me and my babies. She was in the front greeting everyone as they walked by. The pretzels were warm and fresh and I’ve always been a fan of the dipping sauces. LOVE Auntie Anne’s!

Absolutely horrid service. Ordered a bucket at ~1:30pm and way told it would be a 30 minute wait which was more than fine.
After about 15 Minutes both workers walked out turned off the lights and closed the till, didn’t tell us anything or even look at us and just left.
Spent 26 dollars for quite literally nothing. This is ridiculous.

Took them 3or for minutes to even recognize me. Then the only big pretzels they had were cooked way too much. The pretzel dogs were on the verge of being burnt not good business. I even brought ti the attention of employee. They didn’t say anything. This reflects on the management I love auntie Ann’s and want it to stay.

Got sip and dips the other night and the staff at the san angelo mall location were beyond rude and didn't want to get the items we paid for. They just wanted to hang out and mingle with one another. Not very awesome customer service and terrible personalities

Marquis - the evening manager at Sunset Mall was incredible and I have rarely experienced customer to this level. We were very hot and tired from mall walking, and he saw us sitting at a table to cool down. He came and brought cold water for us! Very professional and courteous! He deserves a raise and/or a promotion! Aimee &

I love our Auntie Anne’s! It was a great addition to the Mall experience! I grab pretzels on my break often and the pretzels are always delicious and warm! And to top it all off Marques is always so kind and gives 10/10 customer service and human connection.

I love going to the San Angelo location on my breaks. I work in the mall and it's the closest and fastest place to my store. It doesn't help that i can smell the pretzels baking from my store as well.I do want to shout out the friendly and kind staff. The sweet man who works there always remembers I'm a mall employee too and i appreciate the comradery and kind nature he always show towards me and the rest of my coworkers. His delightful and gentle energy is surely contagious to the rest of us ?✨️I also got the pretzels dog bitesFpr the first time today and they are delicious ?The cinnamon pretzel bites are my go-to, all gime favorite ✨️✨️✨️
