Went to Cielo for the first time tonight for Valentine’s dinner with my husband . This is honestly the best Mexican restaurant in San Angelo that we have been to! Beats Henry’s, Alejandro’s , and Nachos . The Cielo dip was the best queso we have ever had . My husband ordered Steak à la Mexicana and I ordered the quesabirria. Food was decent but the server was rude to us for no known reason, while his other tables received all smiles and attentiveness. Felt very unwelcoming for a first (and last) time. If you do go, skip the specialty drinks. $30 for a large Coco Loco and I didnt even get a buzz, and I am a lightweight.
