“Went to Cielo for the first time tonight for Valentine’s dinner with my husband . This is honestly the best Mexican restaurant in San Angelo that we have been to! Beats Henry’s, Alejandro’s , and Nachos . The Cielo dip was the best queso we have ever had . My husband ordered Steak à la Mexicana and I ordered the quesabirria. Excellent service , superb food, great drinks , and very reasonably priced . I had the blood orange margarita and it was so good I had to order another one 😅 Thank you Natalia for the excellent service , and to the chefs for food. Environment was clean and friendly. Not a single complaint. Excellent staff , excellent food. So happy we decided to try Cielo’s, and we will definitely be coming back .!“

“Our local veterans council put on a Mexican Christmas Dinner for veterans, first responders, an their families in December. I volunteered to bring the pastries. A friend at work recommended I visit Los Gallos Bakery and that turned out to be great advice! The good people at Los Gallos were happy to help me select a nice variety of Mexican holiday pastries and treats. The price for the number of items I picked out was more than fair - and the baked goods were the hit of the dinner! I highly recommend Los Gallos Bakery as THE place to go for fresh, delicious baked goods!“

“Today I want to take a moment to publicly thank Simon, the owner of Nacho’s Restaurant in San Angelo, for the generosity, compassion, and heart he shows to this community. In a world where so many people are carrying silent struggles, Simon continues to be someone who gives back in a real and meaningful way. He does not just serve food, he serves people. He supports the community, helps nonprofit organizations, works with Concho Valley Workforce, donates food and time, gives second-chance opportunities to people who need a fresh start, and shows kindness to single parents and others who may be walking through hard seasons in life. That kind of generosity matters, and it deserves to be recognized. One of the most beautiful things he does is have a wall in his restaurant where, if someone is able to pay it forward, another person in need can take a receipt or ticket and be fed. That is such a powerful example of loving your neighbor. It is compassion in action. It is a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a huge difference in someone’s life. I also want to personally thank Simon for the tickets I won. To some people it may seem like a small thing, but to me it means so much more. Sometimes life puts people in difficult places, and sometimes the greatest blessings are not just the gift itself, but the opportunity it creates. What Simon did created a bridge. “On Thursday August 3rd my 92 year old grandma lost her cane at the restaurant. We were hung up on when we called. Owner was listened to my concerns on how we were treated. But, the male tall waiter, kind of bald, was rude. Even after a very good tip. Shame on you, sir, for such poor manners. If you have my grandma's cane please return.“

Just the food alone is amazing, but they are my go to for breakfast burritos, tamales, and just a great cup of coffee as well. We are from the Dallas area and have had some amazing meals but our meal tonight was by far the best we have ever had. We both had the filet offered on Fridays. We both had some spaghetti squash that was so amazing I was asking how to make it at home. Every single thing we ordered was cooked better than perfection. We were blown away by everything down to the amazing desserts made from scratch there. I was already looking at my schedule to see when the next time I could come back and enjoy it all again. I would highly recommend this restaurant if passing through or visiting San Angelo. I know I will be dreaming of the food tonight.
