“I can't describe how good the service and food is. My fiance and I just left her chemotherapy sesion, and were pretty beat down, and hungry. Cindy looked after my fiance and I with prompt, kind, and courteous service. She is truely awesome. The food was lip smack'n good with portions we haven't seen in a very long time. We had the beef (3) enchiladas meals, with tortilla sides as well as tea, and sprite to drink. We left feeling quite porkulous with smiles on our faces for sure. Our visit made for a very bright point for us for such a crappy day. As far as ratings go, Hidalgo's West is a 6 out of 5. We'll be back for sure, bet on it. And Cindy? Your aces dear!“

Our server Shauna was quick to grab me a new meal and made sure I was feeling okay through my allergic reaction. The manager was also wonderful and handled the situation perfectly!“

Only gave 4 stars on the food because sometimes it's just a 4 star day... I'll be missing a strawberry jam... or the chicken tastes like it was fried in old grease. BUT, those days are few and far between, and the service makes up for it.“

“The chick fila on Angelo States campus isn't the same standard as standalone restaurants, but it is by no means bad. Bread is usually alot more flimsy and chicken can be hit or miss, but for being accessible by meal plan if you attend college it's a great place to stop by for food.“

“This is the busiest Chick-fil-A out of the whole town drive-through is always busy, but ordered to always go through correctly and always right. Atmosphere is nice and restaurant is clean and good looking all the time when I die in or go through the drive-through service is top-notch was with friendly service. Wait times are not so long as they get the food out pretty quickly to the drive-through and in restaurant would recommend.“
