“I can't describe how good the service and food is. My fiance and I just left her chemotherapy sesion, and were pretty beat down, and hungry. Cindy looked after my fiance and I with prompt, kind, and courteous service. She is truely awesome. The food was lip smack'n good with portions we haven't seen in a very long time. We had the beef (3) enchiladas meals, with tortilla sides as well as tea, and sprite to drink. We left feeling quite porkulous with smiles on our faces for sure. Our visit made for a very bright point for us for such a crappy day. As far as ratings go, Hidalgo's West is a 6 out of 5. We'll be back for sure, bet on it. And Cindy? Your aces dear!“

The gnocchi is what I usually get all i got this time was a bowl of broth and 2 gnocchi I asked the waitress why there was no gnocchi and she said she didn't know they just scoop it out of the pot so anyway she said she would get me another bowl thus time I got 3 gnocchi whoo hoo so I took the 2 out of the 1st bowl and added to my new bowl. So the conclusion is either is had the bottom of the pot or they need to learn how the mix up the pot before serving. The salad was even a little wilted or soggy I guess. I guess just dont go in the middle of the day“

I especially find this one manager, Jashon l believe, to be extremely pleasant. All the workers say my pleasure and it really brings a smile to my face. Food is always fresh and warm!“

“The chick fila on Angelo States campus isn't the same standard as standalone restaurants, but it is by no means bad. Bread is usually alot more flimsy and chicken can be hit or miss, but for being accessible by meal plan if you attend college it's a great place to stop by for food.“

“I can confidently say that Chick-fil-A Sherwood is one of the most consistently impressive fast-food spots I’ve ever been to. No matter what time of day I stop by—whether it’s peak lunch rush or a busy evening—the service is always incredibly fast and the food is fresh every single time.

What really stands out is the staff. Even when they’re clearly slammed (and they almost always are), everyone is friendly, polite, and efficient. It’s rare to see that level of consistency, especially during the busiest hours, but they make it look easy.

As far as Chick-fil-A locations go, this one and Chick-fil-A Knickerbocker are easily the two best I’ve ever visited. Both set the bar high, but Sherwood Way continues to impress me every visit.

If you’re looking for something a little healthier, I highly recommend trying the grilled buffalo nuggets with the kale salad—it’s a great “superfood” option that still tastes amazing.
