Hidalgo's West Restaurant Reviews
I can't describe how good the service and food is. My fiance and I just left her chemotherapy sesion, and were pretty beat down, and hungry.
Cindy looked after my fiance and I with prompt, kind, and courteous service. She is truely awesome. The food was lip smack'n good with portions we haven't seen in a very long time.
We had the beef (3) enchiladas meals, with tortilla sides as well as tea, and sprite to drink.
We left feeling quite porkulous with smiles on our faces...read full review
Have eaten hear a couple of times. Everything has been 😋
We are from out of town. Came to Hidalgos because Henry’s was closed (that’s where we normally go when we’re in town). I regret that. The food was not good, there was also a hair in my food. When I got to the bottom of my cup I almost threw up because the inside of the cup was absolutely disgusting. I told my waiter and nothing was said. Hidalgo's West Restaurant offers delicious food with large portions and reasonable prices. The service is excellent, with friendly, prompt, and attentive staff. The beef (3) enchiladas meals, chicken tenders and fries, Huevos Rancheros, and egg and pancakes are mentioned. The salsa has some heat, and the beans and potatoes (hash brown) are very tasty. Pancakes are huge and fluffy. The food is made in a timely manner and tastes the same as it did 22 years ago. However, the overall initial odor and somewhat grimy appearance did not invite initial confidence, but there were no problems other than that. The restaurant was open when nearly every place in town was closed because of the weather. The food is lip smack’n good with big portions. Hidalgo's West is a 6 out of 5.
