“On the recommendation of my cousin Elsa Ferro, we tried Mi Taco for breakfast on our way back home from AZ. Seriously the best barbacoa breakfast taco EVER! The flour tortilla was cooked perfectly and the generous amount of fresh, juicy, meat was filling! The flavor was spot on! Just like I recalled my father making it!! Seriously great and we’ll be back. No photos, sorry, I ate it too fast!! I took a photo of my husband’s, he got a egg, chorizo, potato, and cheese.“
