I have been a long-time customer of this restaurant, and unfortunately the quality of service has steadily declined over time. Today was especially unacceptable. I arrived at 5:45 PM and did not leave until 7:35 PM. Due to the excessive wait, I was forced to take my order to go, yet I was still required to pay in full. When I got home, I discovered that several items from our order were missing. I immediately called the restaurant to speak with someone regarding the issue, and I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes with no response. This level of service is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expect better communication and accountability, especially from a place I’ve supported for years.

Put an online order, and it said it would be ready by 12:20. I get there around 12:15 and tell them I’m there. My food isn’t ready yet which is understandable. I waited until 12:45 watching other to go orders come and go, and when I get home to finally eat, the food is cold, the Parmesan garlic wings are barely sauced, and my bottle of Parmesan garlic tastes rancid.

I used to love going here and it was my favorite place in town but its like for the past 4 years or so its been terrible. The atmosphere is still great and I love how the restaurant is styled and watching games there is something special but what ruins it is everything else. The servers take forever and seem uninterested in their job and they have flat attitudes, not nice but not mean. Management does nothing and doesn't care and will walk around on their phones or stand around watching the games themselves instead of checking on customers and stuff. When you try to conplain to the managers they apologize but do nothing and the last 3 or 4 times ive gone its been the same everytime. Terrible service, terrible messy food with wings as big as my pinky and burgers falling apart before I even touch it, and terrible Management. Its like B-Dubs has amazing atmosphere and terrible everything else now while WingStop is getting better with wings and service but still has terrible atmosphere 😮💨😮💨😮💨

The food was good. The service was ok. Our waiter was very forgetful when we placed our order or asked for a little something. It took over 30 minutes to get an order of Chicken Nachos out, and when questioned her, the look she gave us we knew she forgot. We had to ask for our lemon for water a few times til she remembered. Overall, the atmosphere was nice with lots of screens to watch the sport we were there for. However, the smell when you walk into the 1st door is HORRIBLE, it smelt disgusting.

Don’t know what going on at this location but tried to get a to-go order tonight store hrs show closing at 12am but doors were locked at 11:30 called several times finally got someone and brought out my order was told they close at 11:30 and 12 was for employees to leave I have never heard this before and I have been a GM at several Restaurants BWW will not be having my business here anymore
