Absolutely crappy place, had to wait over 20 mins after my family got their food on top of the 30 plus minutes they waited for their food and they still didn’t make it right. No communication at all, the waitress maybe had two tables and still could not service either of us. Will only recommend if you want to wait forever for your food and for it to be wrong.

Just like all the other reviews mentioning wait times, this time is no different. I put in a to-go order at about 5pm, and didn’t get it till almost an hour later. 50 minutes I had to sit in the waiting area while every single staff that came around pretended there wasn’t a customer waiting for their order. What the hell happened to this location? Like nobody gives a damn about the guests here anymore. Oh yeah, and the waiting area smells like overused mop water.

What food? An hour and a half and no food. Waitress was great didn't catch her name. We could tell it wasn't her fault. The appetizer was about 10 peices for a group of five and said they'd "discount" us. Mixed up the checks and still made us pay outrageous amounts for terrible service. Do better.

We waited about 30 mins after we were seated to get our drink orders taken and be served, while I understand it’s a Friday night on valentines, the host should be aware of the servers tables and not over seat a server. As well as it took an hour and a half to have our food brought out. No complaints on the food or drink, just simply wished our server was not an order taker and got us refills and was attentive to taking care of us.

Good food good drinks .. service is a little slow. But main reason for one star. And I hope they read this. Is for about over a year now... THE SMELL WHEN YOU WALK IN! Can y'all please swap out the mop water? It smells like 30 year old carpets with untrained animals living in here the whole time. Please please please change the smell in here

Stopped in to watch the Texans vs Chiefs game. The place was packed, but since I was alone I chose to sit at the bar, which had one open chair directly next to the cash register. I was immediately waited on and handed the waitress a $20 (because I don't consume alcohol and would be in that seat for at least three hours) and told her I would be here for a while. She brought me my water and gave me a menu. After that, it was like I was invisible. After 45 minutes I finally had to speak out that I was ready to order. Not once did I get an offer to refill my water. I had to ask another waiter to do so. Very disappointed in the service.

Before we got seated, we were waiting at the front with no one at the front seating people. When someone would go up to the front, they never asked if we had been helped.

We sat down, got our order taken. Our food took at least 50 minutes to come out. (It was just my husband and I and we ordered burgers and fries) waitress did not come and check up on us for refills, I was out of my drink for awhile.

Food finally came out, I was missing my bacon and cheese from my fries. Bacon that I asked for on my burger was also missing. Waitress was nowhere to be found (as she did not bring out our food) finally minutes later she came asked if everything looked good and I told her what we were missing. By the time it came out I was done with my fries and my burger did not taste good (so I didn’t eat it). Super disappointed. fries were okay, stale and cold (but still ate them because I was hungry)

The host literally needs a different job . Refused to seat us at a table because of needing to clean them off and insisted our only option was at the bar with kids. Failed to inform the overworked waitress that we were there ... sat for 20 min waiting for anyone to acknowledge we were even there .

3 tables were available and just needed to be cleaned off.

The new menu is great - LOVE BOGO burgers on Monday and Wednesday. Service was great, beers were cold, and the burgers incredible. We had the pretzel bites, which were 10/10. The only thing that was disappointing were the fries. The coating makes them oily and over-seasoned.

Went with 5 people for my birthday. The service started slow but was ok. Everyone got their food but me. All I ordered was a salad. They said it was on the way. Literally 40 minutes later everyone had finished their food and still no salad. The waiter brought the ticket and said they were still working on my salad. It's literally a handful of lettuce. Not sure what they were working on. An hour after we ordered I get my salad. When I opened the bag there was no dressing. Asked the waiter. Took another 5 minutes and he brought it. We asked for a manager and we told them what happened. The response I got was, " the dressing should be in the bag with the salad." Well it wasn't. The situation of the hour long wait for some lettuce wasn't addressed. Will not be back. So disappointing. Especially for a birthday.
